  • Dr. Lindsay Bira

    Lindsay Bira, Ph.D., is a clinical health psychologist, adjunct medical professor, and speaker specializing in trauma, stress, anxiety, and resilience. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Miami and residency at Harvard Medical School, with her research published in Nature and featured in outlets like Forbes, NPR, and Science. Dr. Bira has over a decade of experience working with military populations and now sees a range of clients in private practice. She founded Ocean Oriented™, leading global resilience expeditions at sea, and serves as Chief Behavior Officer at an AI company. Her work blends science and creativity to promote health, wellness, and ethical innovation.

  • Mike Brown

    Mike Brown is an entrepreneur, investor, speaker, and wealth coach. Before founding and exiting an 8-figure oil and gas investment firm, Mike flew F/A-18 Super Hornets for the Navy, combining the tactical precision honed in the cockpit with real-world experience navigating complex financial systems. Today he coaches entrepreneurs on bridging the gap between wealth and freedom, hosts the Money Stories podcast, and speaks on stages about money, sovereignty, and living richly in the present. He lives with his wife, Claire, and their two children in the foothills of Morrison, CO.

    Shlomo Dalezman was the Co-Founder/CTO of Intello (acq. SailPoint), a leading SaaS management platform. Today, alongside Barak, he runs the Post-Exit Founder Community (PEF), the world’s largest network of 5,000+ exited founders. He also leads the PEF Idea Maze Program, an eight-week cohort that helps founders stress-test their insights and inflection points to make clear “marry or kill” decisions.

    Nick Green is the co-founder and CEO of Thrive Market, an online membership platform making healthy living accessible and affordable. Since its launch in 2014, Thrive Market has grown to over 1.7 million paying members, offering 6,000+ curated products, including 600+ owned brand items, with personalized, AI-assisted shopping. The company is a leader in sustainability, with carbon-neutral shipping, Zero Waste operations, and a strong commitment to regenerative agriculture. Thrive Market became the largest B Corp certified grocer in 2020 and the first e-commerce company to accept SNAP EBT online in 2024. Green lives in Venice, Los Angeles, with his wife and four children.

  • Kerry Kellogg

    Kerry Kellogg is a founding partner of Refract Ventures, an early stage investment vehicle focused on regulated markets, including FinTech and HealthCare. The funds recent successes include early investments in Bridge, acquired by Stripe; SmarterDx, acquired by New Mountain Capital; Privy, acquired by Stripe; and Lead Bank, which just raised a large growth round from Iconiq, Greycroft, Ribbit, Andreesen, and others. Prior to founding Refract Kerry was a founding partner at 3L Capital and RSE Ventures. His career spans over 20 years as an investor and builder. Kerry lives in New York City with his wife and three children. In any free time you can find him playing water polo, running or napping.

    Chris Licht is the former Chairman and CEO of CNN and a veteran television executive with a storied career across major networks. He held senior roles at CBS, CBS News, and MSNBC, including Executive Producer and Showrunner of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. He also co-created MSNBC’s Morning Joe and led CBS This Morning, earning a reputation for transforming news and entertainment programming. Licht has received numerous honors, including a Peabody Award, multiple Emmys, and the Alfred I. DuPont-Columbia Award. He is also an author and Executive Producer of Stephen Colbert Presents Tooning Out the News on Paramount+.

  • Adam Schwartz

    Adam Schwartz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Parable, an intelligence layer for enterprise operations that drives AI transformation. Parable answers where an organization should invest in AI and measures if those investments yield true operating leverage. Adam is the Chairperson of the Board for HKR. 

  • Nicole Sebastian

    Nicole Sebastian is a Senior Strategist on the Family Office Solutions team at UBS, advising ultra-high net worth families on philanthropy, governance, and wealth transitions. She helps families align their values with giving strategies through legacy planning and charitable structures. In 2014, she launched the UBS Optimus Foundation in the U.S., broadening access to global philanthropic initiatives. With over 20 years of experience across the nonprofit and corporate sectors, she brings deep expertise in governance, fundraising, and leadership. Nicole has held roles at organizations like UNICEF and the Robin Hood Foundation and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern.

  • Franklin Sirmans

    Franklin Sirmans has served as Director of Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) since 2015. Under his leadership, PAMM has acquired over a thousand artworks and expanded community-focused initiatives like the PAMM Fund for Black Art and the Latin American and Latinx Art Fund. Prior to PAMM, Sirmans was head of contemporary art at LACMA and Artistic Director of Prospect.3 in New Orleans. A prominent curator, writer, and editor, he has held editorial roles at Flash Art and ArtAsiaPacific and curated influential exhibitions nationwide.

  • Mark Tepsich

    Mark Tepsich is the Family Office Design and Governance Specialist at UBS within the Family Office Solutions team, advising $100M+ clients across the Americas on family office structure, governance, and operations. Prior to UBS, he helped build a family office platform at a NYC-based investment advisory firm, including infrastructure, services, and third-party partnerships. He counseled families on structuring, estate planning, philanthropy, and liquidity events. Earlier, Mark spent a decade as General Counsel at a large single-family office, advising on governance, tax, investments, and the sale of a public real estate company.

  • David White

    David White is currently a Field CTO as part of Google for Startups. David is an experienced leader with 30+ years in a range of industries and has served as COO/CIO/VP and has managed different areas including technology, security, compliance, operations, and customer success. David has deep experience in Healthcare companies as well as startups, UN/NGO organizations, retail, and AI. David currently supports Google’s Startup Customers working closely with our top VC partners and acts as an advisor for numerous startups.
